1. Introduction

Welcome to WEEMS (the “Service”), operated by WEEMS, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction); and
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may be available through one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions (“Paid Services”). By purchasing or subscribing to Paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

7.1 Billing & Renewals

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in accordance with the instructions provided in the Service or by the applicable app store.

7.2 Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain Paid Services. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription and you authorize us or the app store to charge your payment method.

7.3 Refunds

Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests for purchases made through a third-party store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) must be directed to that store.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We encourage you to read those terms and policies carefully.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; or
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WEEMS, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
